Over the Rainbow is conveniently located near the corner of Brint and McCord Roads in Sylvania. Nestled in a predominately residential community, Over the Rainbow is able to offer its many students an excellent scholastic endeavor coupled with a homey feel.
The center enrolls children as young as 6 weeks through kindergarten age. Over the Rainbow boasts a large outdoor play area with individualized color coded rooms for all age groups. The center’s hours are 6:30 am through 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Over the Rainbow Early Learning Center uses The Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers and Preschool, a theory and research based curriculum which is aligned with Ohio’s Early Learning Content Standards. Children learn through a variety of methods and learning centers each day
Staff at Over the Rainbow is highly trained and qualified, many teachers possessing college degrees specifically in Early Childhood, and all teachers participating in ongoing in-service classes such as First Aid, CPR, Communicable Diseases, and Child Abuse Prevention

Michelle Bieber
Lead Administrator
Michelle has been with the Bieber Corporation for 12 years. She has led Over The Rainbow from the acquisition in 2002 to its current “2 Star” rating with Ohio’s quality rating system, Step Up to Quality. Michelle’s commitment to program excellence as well as to the well being of the children and families is unsurpassed. Communication with parents and her teaching team are a priority. Michelle graduated from The University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Psychology along with a background in Early Childhood Education. Michelle is very active in Sylvania community events and is an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
Tanya Cannon
Assistant Administrator
Tanya has been with Bieber Corporation for over 6 years. Tanya was a classroom teacher prior to being promoted to an administrator. Tanya’s specialty has been implementing state curriculum standards and guidelines into center practice. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with certification in Special Education.Tanya is also an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). With Tanya’s experience as a former teacher, she knows how important the first five years of a child’s life can be.
