Jeanette Bieber
Administrator
Miss Jeanette joined our Bieber Early Education Professionals staff as an Administrator in 2005. She studied Psychology and Sociology at Eastern Michigan University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in 1993. She continued with more advanced education in Early Childhood at Owens Community College in 2010, earning credit hours to qualify her to be the on-site administrator here at Little Village Preschool. She has worked very closely with students in the Early Learning Initiative Program and others, conducting Literacy and Developmental screenings.
Jeanette is a dedicated and caring professional. Her knowledge regarding the business end of early childhood education paired
with her genuine care for children makes Jeanette an ideal candidate as Administrator. She is a compassionate, kindhearted person who is always willing to go above and beyond in order to maintain a safe, nurturing environment for the children in her care

Melanie Trost

Miss Melanie joined our staff back in 2006 when we were involved with the Early Learning Initiative Program as an ELI Consultant for Bieber Early Education Professionals. She is with us now as the Assistant Administrator here at Little Village. Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and more recently, earned her Master’s Degree in Humanities from Tiffin University. Over the past couple of years, she has also been approved as a Step Up To Quality instructor and has designed a couple of professional development courses in Intentional Teaching and Fostering Creativity and Multiple Intelligences.
Melanie is a motivated, caring child care professional who always sees and appreciates the uniqueness of every child. She constantly looks for ways to promote early childhood literacy, and is always willing to mentor staff to facilitate the growth of language in young children as well as their social/emotional, physical and cognitive development
