Johnette has served as President and CEO of the company since March 1988. An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creating a positive emotional environment was the motivation for a career switch from nursing into the early childhood field. Under Mrs. Bieber's leadership the preschools have been committed to offering outstanding educational programming founded on current teaching theories. Johnette is present in the preschools and actively promotes community collaboration for the improvement of early childhood experiences. She also serves as instructor for company health and safety classes. She is a member of the Ohio Child Care Association, National Association for the Education of Young Children, Early Learning Initiative Advisory Board and the Ohio Nurse's Association.
